Job Description:
Help Desk Analyst will be the first point of contact to resolve issues and when required, providing expertise in escalating incidents for resolution to other support staff. Receives inbound calls and to resolve hardware and software issues. Will use a variety of tools and resources to perform problem diagnosis, account set up, network issues and password resets.
Job Requirement:
Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, MS Outlook, MS Office, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Windows 2000 and XP. Use of Remedy ticket management software to dispatch tickets and/or hot-transfer calls to Help Desk Tier 2 and/or Supervisor as appropriate. You must have or be able to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance.
Hourly Rate / Salary:
$38,000+ ANNUAL SALARY
