Concept Solutions, a growing consulting company, is hiring a Sr. Space Management Specialist to support busy Federal Aviation project in Atlantic City, NJ.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in related discipline or have successfully completed a minimum of 24 classroom hours of relevant college level technical courses, such as interior design, AUTOCAD training or building codes and have 5 or more years equivalent related work experience
• Experience and proficiency with the use of AutoCAD 2006 (or later), document management systems and related programs with the ability to develop and interpret drawings for Architects, Engineers and Construction Managers
• Experience with ADT2006, 3DMax, VIZ and Archibus is preferred
• Strong knowledge of theories, principles, practices and techniques of facilities engineering and architectural design

Responsibilities include but are not limited:

• Work closely with architects, engineers and contractors
• Conduct field surveys and inspection of project sites
• Update "As-Built" Drawings and maintain CADD File Management and Archibus
• Prepare space management presentations
• Meet with customers and visit construction sites
• Attend meetings and conferences
